Tadeusz Nawalaniec
Tadeusz Nawalaniec is an outstanding specialist in the field of traffic engineering, valued for his extensive experience and broad technical expertise. His research work and numerous practical projects have significantly contributed to improving road safety and traffic flow in Poland. He is an expert in traffic volume analysis, road infrastructure design, and implementing modern traffic management systems, including solutions based on Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS).
Tadeusz Nawalaniec has been active in the industry since 2003, putting full commitment and passion into his work. He graduated from Poznań University of Technology in 2001, and in 2009 he defended a PhD in technical sciences.
As Director of Traffic Engineering at the Municipal Roads Authority in Poznań, he introduced many solutions that were positively received by the public, such as bus lanes on key city streets and the separation of tram tracks. He initiated a vehicle tracking system for special services and supported the development of an extensive bicycle road network.
Earlier, he supervised the implementation of advanced traffic management systems in Kalisz and Rzeszów and supported Polish State Railways (PKP) in the field of ITS in Koszalin. He supervised the deployment of the National Road Traffic Management System on the A4 and A8 motorways and the S12, S17 and S19 expressways. He currently leads the implementation of the National Road Traffic Management System on the S6 and S7 expressways.
Tadeusz Nawalaniec stands out not only for his ability to combine theory with practice, but also for his involvement in industry development and close cooperation with public and academic institutions. His approach to traffic engineering is characterized by precision, innovation and a focus on the most effective and safest solutions for road users. Thanks to his initiatives, many infrastructure projects have reached the highest quality level, contributing to better organization of urban space and improved daily travel comfort.
He deepened his expertise by cooperating with renowned Dutch companies Nederland Haarlem, which was the first to implement a city traffic management system in Poland, as well as Vialis and Peek Traffic. Since 2013, he has served as a permanent court expert appointed by the President of the District Court in Poznań. He completed a road safety auditor (BRD) course.
Electrical specialist Grzegorz Zając
Grzegorz Zając is an experienced electrical engineering specialist who, since 2019, has been designing road traffic control systems and preparing detailed technical documentation for these installations. He cooperates with Traffic Europe in this scope, delivering project documentation. Since 2023, he has also been working on photovoltaic farms on rooftops, ground sites and carports. He graduated from the Tarnów Academy in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in control systems and measurement systems. He holds SEP qualifications, an ECDL CAD certificate, and experience with AutoCAD, PVSyst and Virto-CAD. His interests include electrical engineering, 2D/3D design, beekeeping and woodworking/furniture making.
Traffic analysis specialist Juliusz Nawalaniec
Juliusz Nawalaniec stands out for his creativity, strong interpersonal communication, teamwork skills and good work organization. For two years, he cooperated with Traffic Polska, verifying, among other things, the operation of modules implemented as part of the deployment of the National Road Traffic Management System on the A4 and A8 roads in the Lower Silesian and Opole voivodeships. He cooperates with Traffic Europe Sp. z o.o. on traffic analysis for national, voivodeship, district and municipal roads across Poland. He also cooperates with the international capital group Aldesa, which delivers road, rail and ITS infrastructure projects, supporting the National Road Traffic Management System project on the S6 and S7 expressways in the Pomeranian and Warmian-Masurian voivodeships. He participated twice in the Work and Travel cultural exchange program, working during summer holidays in the United States.
